∎ PGD HRM will be an added advantage

Job Context:
∎ Your Trip Mate Ltd is looking for a competent and dynamic HR Professional to coordinate and process HR operations of its business units- VISAThing, VISAThing for Student, Marketearz and Cookants. Applicant must possess satisfactory expertise in HR activities. Professional experience in Recruitment, Employee Attendance, Leave Management, Admin, HR Correspondence, Compliance, Training and Coordination.
∎ Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (With 1-hour lunch break)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing and dealing with day-to-day HR operations/issues of the Office as and when required. Overall, HR, administration, Compliance and Operation.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Contribute to the overall improvement and development of the organization with innovation, revolution & leadership.
∎ Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisal; submit monthly, yearly.
∎ Continuous follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Departments and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
∎ Perform administrative duties for executive management. Coordinate with management & other departments as per requirement.
∎ Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
∎ Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc.
∎ Checking daily attendance of employees and report accordingly
∎ Monitor KPI, analyze individual performance, take the necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency.
∎ Provide necessary assistance for recruitment process (from generating Circular to On-boarding/Joining).
∎ Maintain Personal files, service records and keep it update.
∎ Processing formalities and documentations for job confirmation of employees
∎ Assist in documentation works as per requirements (i.e. Employee Joining, On-boarding/ Orientation, Disciplinary action, Investigation)
∎ Coordinate Employee Training Needs Assessment and Training Program when required
∎ Coordinate Performance Appraisal of employees as per instruction
∎ Monitoring internal compliance according to Company Policy, Procedures and Guidelines and report as and when required
∎ Ensure proper HR review & organogram to place right person to the right place in light of the strategic plan of the organization
∎ Look after company's day to day administrative issues, procurement, office maintenance, event management etc.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Management, HR Operations, Training & Development
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law, diplomatic approach, Excellent operating skills over MS Office, HR and compliance, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills.
∎ Need to have the ability to work with a team in a friendly environment & show diplomatic attitude towards all to be equal & even. Candidate has to have swift & Smart adaptive capability.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable based on experience.
