∎ Formulation HR Policy, Budget and confirms its implementation.
∎ Ensure proper recruitment, selection, placement, joining formalities & Induction Program.
∎ Monitor attendance, absenteeism, leave management & over time management.
∎ Monitor & ensure proper payroll administration.
∎ Maintaining employee relation, counsel them for grievance handling & take proper disciplinary action.
∎ Maintain Resignation & Release Formalities.
∎ Drafting Official Note, Letters, Deeds, Agreement, Preparing all kinds of Reports.
∎ Handling administrative petty cash and reconciliation with Accounts department.
∎ Ensure maintenance work with proper channel.
∎ Organize all kind of events as per management needs.
∎ Manage & monitor housekeeping, safety security & environmental issues in the entire Office.
