Sales & Marketing Development
Actively promote and sell residential plots and hotel/resort shares to individual and corporate clients.
Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calling, referrals, corporate visits, social media, and networking events.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to maximize conversions.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering suitable property solutions.
Provide after-sales support, including documentation assistance and follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Research & Promotions
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Participate in property fairs, exhibitions and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline promotional campaigns.
Sales Process & Documentation
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final booking and handover.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales agreements, payments, and legal documentation.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback in the CRM system.
Reporting & Team Collaboration
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management with performance insights.
Coordinate with the legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transaction processing.
Share market feedback with the management team to improve sales strategies.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and product knowledge programs to enhance sales skills.
Stay informed about new projects, pricing updates, and company policies.
