Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the team in managing the quality process, including in-line, off-line, and random quality checks.
∎ Follow up on dyeing to ensure quality raw yarns are in stock and verify raw material quality through 3rd party laboratory testing.
∎ Monitoring test report for sample and bulk production.·       Supervise subordinates to ensure regular activities are done properly.
∎ Keeping track of all the delivered sample and bulk records with detailed information.
∎ Follow up the sample reference activities in ERP software.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers while following up with the Marketing team to understand their requirements and provide the latest market updates.
∎ Ensure all quality raw materials are available before production and that product quality certificates are provided with delivery to meet deadlines without issues.
∎ Handle customer complaints and audit-related issues smoothly and effectively.
∎ Research and select suitable candidates for critical operations while closely monitoring the retention of newly recruited employees.
