Requirements:

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in sales of garment trims, accessories, or related fields.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment trims and accessories, including current trends and industry requirements.
∎ Proven track record in sales, business development, and achieving targets.
∎ Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in sales of garment trims, accessories, or related fields.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment trims and accessories, including current trends and industry requirements.
∎ Proven track record in sales, business development, and achieving targets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies, as well as generate and qualify leads for new clients and markets.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular meetings and communication.
∎ Conduct periodic business reviews with senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
∎ Develop customized solutions for clients based on their needs and company offerings.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with market demands.
∎ Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in garment trims and accessories, updating strategies as necessary.
∎ Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market while maintaining profit margins.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
∎ Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasting.
