Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop and compile tender documents as per requirements.
Create proposals and presentations for clients and projects.
Monitor daily emails and ensure prompt and appropriate responses.
Update management regularly on daily sales and marketing progress.
Assist the department head in preparing business plans, budgets, reports, and maintaining records.
Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team by providing necessary information, reports, and support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Communicate effectively with potential clients/customers and build strong professional relationships.
