Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HVAC System,Fire Fighting and Safety

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HVAC System,Fire Fighting and Safety

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Clear knowledge on NFPA 13, 14, 20, 72, 101 & BNBC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience in Hydraulic Calculation, Battery, Voltage Drop, and conduits Calculation.
• Experience with RSC, Accord, and Nirapon audits.
• Having NFPA Training Certification will get preference.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in same field. (Fire Detection, Protection, Suppression, PA, LPS System)
• Willing to travel within and outside of country anytime.
• Must be self-motivated and able to achieve the organizational goal.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• System designing, BOQ preparing, estimation of Fire Sprinkler, Standpipe, Suppression, Fire Alarm & Detection System and Passive Fire, Protection System.

• Site visit, Project planning, project management, project monitoring, team building, team coordinating, dealing with clients, consultants.

• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

• Performing quality control and driving team members.

• Facing audits and documentation as per RSC/Nirapon requirement.
