Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerate in the country, is looking for dynamic and experienced individual for Branding & Marketing for its FMCG business.
Assist to develop and review policy/SOP for branding and promotional activities as well as action plan achieving organizational goal.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control for marketing activities.
Develop the brand positioning, strategy, logo, illustrations, packet design, prospectus, sign board, billboard, banner, festoon, leaflet, pad, envelope, printing support, etc.
Deal with Media communication such as electronic media, print media, outdoor and indoor branding etc.
Conduct all consumer activation, event management, merchandising campaigns, distributors meet, customers meet, PR, CSR activity, etc.
Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends as well as trying to predict future trends.
Digital marketing, event management and social media management.
Assist to organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
Any other related assignment given by superior.
Support the Head of Department in developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
Supervise junior staff and provide guidance on day-to-day tasks.
