Lead and manage the sales team
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance
Ensure achievement of sales targets and growth
Develop distribution channels (retail, wholesale, dealers, modern trade)
Manage product launches and promotional events
Ensure consistent brand image in the market
Conduct market surveys and gather customer insights
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies
Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
Track consumer demand and buying patterns
Work with product development teams for new product ideas
