Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Supply Chain Management Certified will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively maintain and coordinate all accessories, yarn, spare parts stores ERP Software
∎ Ensure timely receive, issue, GRN and storing goods with bin management
∎ Ensure good housekeeping and maintaining buyer and compliance
∎ Keep, record & report all accessories & yarn and maintaining as per buyer wise requirements on regular basis
∎ Ensure on time deliveries of all grey to dyeing sub-contract parties through maintaining FIFO method
∎ Daily cycle counting plan prepare to cover quarterly full cycle done
∎ Prepare & follow up Purchase requisition local & import in ERP software
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level
∎ Provide month closing report to management as per scheduled
∎ Keep records and documents of slow moving, rejected, all accessories, yarn, spare parts with proper storing
∎ Ensure all yarn to production & out-side sub-contract factories with proper records.
∎ Utilize resources in an optimum label including all staff and loaders
∎ Maintain the safety of the warehouse & responsible for safe custody and storage of inventory
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Team player, independent, positive attitude, and result-oriented.
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software databases such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord.
