We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network with schools, colleges, and O & A Level students across Bangladesh, driving international education opportunities.


🎯 Job Responsibilities & Context

This role focuses on building and managing strong partnerships with schools and academic institutions across Bangladesh. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partner schools, initiating collaborations, and maintaining long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.

You will actively engage with O Level & A Level students through school visits, seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions, representing our organization and promoting study abroad pathways. The role requires frequent fieldwork, including traveling to different institutions, organizing events, and ensuring consistent student engagement.

In this position, you will play a key role in generating student leads, supporting the recruitment process, and contributing to monthly enrollment targets. You will work closely with the internal admissions and counseling team to ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to enrollment.

Success in this role depends on strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to build trust with both institutions and students in a competitive education market like Bangladesh.
