Experience:
HSC/BBA/Marketing
Prior experience in B2B medical diagnostics marketing, pathology marketing, or lab coordination will be highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Willingness to travel frequently and perform field-based marketing activities.
Basic understanding of diagnostic services and workflows (including histopathology, sample collection, and reporting) will be an advantage.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to develop and expand our network of partner laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients for diagnostic and healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a wide range of laboratory services (including histopathology, biochemistry, microbiology, and home sample collection), managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of sample collection and logistics.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for sample volume, revenue, and new client acquisition.
Promote a full range of diagnostic services including:
Histopathology
Routine laboratory tests
Specialized investigations
Home sample collection services
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Diagnostic centers
Hospitals and clinics
Doctors and consultants
Corporate clients (for health checkup programs)
Identify and onboard new partner labs, clinics, and corporate clients to expand the business network.
Coordinate sample collection, transportation, and delivery processes while ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained.
Educate clients and partners on proper sample collection, handling, labeling, and documentation procedures.
Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas to maintain client engagement and explore new business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams (logistics, lab operations, customer service) to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to improve service offerings.
