Responsibilities & Context:

•     Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients including companies, factories, garments industries, banks, NGOs, Community Organizations and embassies for MOU-based service agreements and employee health packages.

•     Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate accounts through regular visits, feedback collection, and service coordination.

•     Negotiate and finalize corporate health packages, retainer agreements, and Group Health Insurance (GHI) tie-ups in coordination with management.

•     Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new B2B healthcare business opportunities.

•     Develop and execute territory-wise corporate outreach plans to expand the hospital's institutional client base.

•     Plan and execute health camps, wellness seminars.

•     Build and maintain a strong referral network with general practitioners, specialist doctors, diagnostic centers, and community health workers.

•     Conduct regular field visits to referral sources and ensure consistent follow-up to maximize patient conversion.

•     Coordinate internally with clinical departments, billing, and front desk to ensure a seamless corporate client experience.

•     Support the Business Development Manager in achieving departmental revenue targets and strategic goals.
