∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering or relevant degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for quality control and quality assurance.
∎ Ensure fabric quality in production.
∎ Responsible for grey fabrics and finish fabrics quality control.
∎ Maintain online inspection in knitting and ensure grey fabric quality.
∎ Ensure offline inspection in grey fabric to filter defected fabrics should not
∎ Forward to dyeing.
∎ Sound knowledge in running shade, un level dyeing, fabric spirality and fabric bowing.
∎ To maintain buyer wise shade continuity card.
∎ Responsible for packing and rolling for quality passed fabrics.
∎ On time red alert to production team if any quality deviations in production.
∎ To be good team player.
∎ Ensure and follow up buyer wise quality requirements.
∎ Well experienced in shade matching, gsm and shrinkage.
∎ Direction and supervise for continuous improvement in quality.
∎ Sound experienced in 4 point system inspection.
∎ Strictly follow buyer required Gsm, shrinkage and fastness requirements.
∎ Follow bulk shade approval, quality approval FROM BUYER / Customer.
∎ Ensure there will not be complaint from cutting department for QA passed fabrics.
∎ Ensure 100% fabric offline inspection with 4 point system.
∎ Monitor over all fabric quality system.
∎ Communication with sales department for quality related issues.
∎ Ensure good communication with Buyer's QA team.
∎ Guide the sub ordinate team to guide to achieve target fabric quality.
∎ Good knowledge in yarn quality parameters to ensure incoming yarns quality.
∎ Communication and solve with Garment team if any quality problem arises.
∎ Experienced in buyer's auditing procedures.
∎ Maintain good house keeping.
∎ Should follow company complaint procedures.
∎ Should be handles renowned buyer like H&M , M&S , Puma, lidl, Hema , Aldhi etc.,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (finishing, cutting, printing, embroidery)
∎ Quality management.
∎ Knowledge of production process.
∎ Reporting skill, computer skill.
∎ Working knowledge on SAP will be added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
