- Should be a determined and performance-driven personality.
- Understanding of area and potential customers.
- Need to have own Database from previous clients or collected from reliable sources.
Responsibilities & Context: - Succeed daily activities of the sales team and monitor client visit plan to reach the target.
- Sourcing new clients from the market and social networking sites.
- Collecting market information and visiting corporate customers.
- Meeting with clients during sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products, and establishing new business.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales lead targets.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, generating leads, and reaching out to prospects.
- Setting sales lead goals and developing sales lead strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets, and deadlines.
- Prepare daily client visit plan.
- Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Prepare monthly sales lead reports & provide feedback to the Supervisor on a regular basis.
- Any other task assigned by Management if required.
