Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates with experience in the Real Estate sector and land development will be mandatory.
∎ Must be able to meet his own targets and have a target-accepting mentality with the team.
∎ Regular basis market visits and attending meetings with potential clients.
∎ Property visits with the client at the scheduled time.
∎ Organizing site visits and viewings with clients as necessary.
∎ Must be experienced and negotiating price and payment schedules from a real estate perspective.
∎ To look after direct sales, product promotion, and activities, and manage all marketing communications.
∎ Prepare and submit daily work reports to superiors.
∎ Market mapping and creating client database & maintaining client's records.
∎ Report to management for any programs and achieve sales targets.
∎ Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
∎ Giving Sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ Coordinating efforts with marketing programs.
∎ Identifying and generating new clients and potential sales opportunities.
∎ Walking together with the marketing team to build a sales lead pipeline.
∎ Team Leading Capability
∎ Develop and implement the Sales & Marketing Development Strategy for the Organization for Top Line Growth.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and supervise the Salesforce to ensure the Sales Target.
∎ Market assessments, sales trends analysis, and product and sales movements to ensure the development and implementation of a robust business plan.
∎ Track information on competitor strategy and market condition directly and through the sales force.
∎ Manages relationship development with prospective customers intending to enhance sales volume.
∎ Directs and supervises close working with customers to monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Monitor market performance and focus on the performance of the sales team.
∎ Initiate market research.
∎ Any other task as per Management Decision.
