Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Policy & SOP Development:

  • Work jointly with HOHR and HR leadership in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

  • Ensure proper communication, implementation, and periodic review of all policies.

  • Maintain policy documentation and support internal audits.

  • HRIS System Operations:

  • Administer HRIS systems (attendance, leave, payroll interface etc.).

  • Ensure data accuracy, troubleshooting, user access control, and regular system updates.

  • Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.

  • Lead the development of new features

  • Payroll Management:

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processes including attendance finalization, allowances, deductions, and final salary computation.

  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements

  • Prepare payroll reports, monthly analysis, and coordinate with Finance for disbursement.

  • Performance Management Support:

  • Assist in facilitating the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisal processes.

  • Support training for employees and line managers on performance tools and processes.

  • Employee Separation Management:

  • Manage the full separation cycle including resignation processing, clearance, exit interviews, and documentation.

  • Prepare final settlement calculations and ensure timely processing.

  • Maintain separation records and update HRIS accordingly.

  • Other Responsibilities:

  • Initiate & coordinate employee welfare programs, events, and engagement initiatives.

  • Support the hiring process for selected positions including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and assessment coordination.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personal files.
