- Good Computer knowledge is required in MS Office Packages.

Responsibilities & Context:
- To manage the shift using 3M (Man, Machine, Material)
- To collect production plan while taking over the shift
- To calculate machine-wise raw material requirements for the shift according to the BOM (Bill of Materials) of each product
- To raise requisitions for the raw materials
- To allocate operators to each machine.
- To provide technical assistance to the operators.
- At the end of the shift, hand over to the next Shift Incharge with production and raw material consumption reports.
