Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated personnel, driven to work in a key position of the organization. The position is expected to serve in a dual role involving the full spectrum of both human resource management and general administrative responsibilities in support of AKTL's overall mission and objectives. Candidates will be responsible for performing HR-related duties in the functional areas of employee relations, internal affairs, recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development and implementation. The position will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating general administration, operations and client management.
∎ Applicants with previous relevant work experience in the FM services industry will be highly prioritized.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ 3-5 years of hands-on experience in human resource management and administration
∎ Solid understanding of government employment regulations
∎ Working knowledge of administrative and HR procedures and business systems.
∎ Strong basic computing skills.
