• Only Male

• Experience in startup or small-scale manufacturing      

• Familiarity with Bangladesh regulatory environment         

• Willingness to work hands-on during initial phase

Formulation & Production

• Develop and standardize formulations for cleaning chemicals (detergents, disinfectants, degreasers, etc.)

• Establish batch-wise production procedures (SOPs)

• Supervise mixing, filling, and packaging operations

• Optimize formulations for cost and performance

Quality Control

• Define quality parameters (pH, viscosity, appearance, stability)

• Conduct in-process and finished-product checks

• Maintain batch records and formulation documentation

• Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions

Safety & Compliance:

• Implement chemical safety procedures (MSDS, PPE, handling, storage)

• Train workers on chemical safety and emergency response

• Ensure compliance with local environmental and safety regulations

• Support future BSTI / DoE approvals

  Training & Supervision

• Train production workers on SOPs and safe handling

• Guide store/QC staff on chemical storage and testing

• Enforce discipline in production practices

Continuous Improvement

• Improve product performance and shelf life

• Reduce wastage and improve yield

• Assist management in scaling production for commercial launch
