∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Sales
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lighting Industry related training
∎ Skills Required: LED Light Sales, LED Lights, LED Tubelights, Light Engineering and Heavy Industry, Lighting, Manufacturing (Light Engineering Heavy Industry)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales and Marketing, Electric Item, Electrical marketing, Electrical/ Electronics, Substation and Other Electrical Items Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable, Garments, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Lamps, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting sales target is a MUST
∎ Perform documentation of customer management system.
∎ Ensure monthly sales targets are allocated by the management.
∎ Ability to maintain an existing and potential customer database.
∎ Must have the ability to recognize, collect and analyze trends, competitions, market intelligence, market need, and niche marketing.
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
∎ Visit clients and arrange meetings with CSM ( Corporate Sales Manager) to discuss product details and business opportunities.
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting the appropriate products that meet their specifications.
∎ Calling and email to corporate customers for marketing and appointment regularly.
∎ Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and peruse for sales target achievement.
∎ Reporting the work status to CSM Regularly.
∎ Ability to work with workers, and technicians to execute any project meticulously in compliance with the assured/approved quality.
∎ Have the right aptitude to provide proper after-sales support to clients by coordinating among the company's production, sales & service points.
∎ Ability to work under stress, undertake a long-distance journey, and work for long hours as and when required.
∎ Fulfilling daily and monthly KPI set by the management.
∎ Execute other official tasks, assigned by the department head.
∎ Ability to collect dues from clients efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have to be Smart, Confident, and Self Motivated
∎ Ability to generate Sales reports.
∎ Have a proven track record of Corporate Marketing in related Lighting and Energy sector.
∎ Must be a self-starter to take charge of the work attitude and have discharging responsibilities.
∎ Have a cognitive level understanding of Led & CFL lighting products.
∎ Ability to handle customer orders, including any customization requirements.
∎ Ability to identify customer needs, respond appropriately from time to time, and complete successful sales.
∎ Strong interpersonal/communication/people skills & multi-media presentation skills.
∎ Have the right aptitude to ensure value for customers' money.
∎ Have the ability to liaison and establish effective business communication with garments, textile, and other businesses/establishments/enterprises.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh & travel frequently
∎ Physically fit, energetic, and able to work under pressure
∎ Smart and having a decent personality
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ Able to take on challenges
∎ Excellent sales and negotiation skills
∎ Well-spoken quality
∎ Good computer operating skills
