Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline
∎ Any professional degree in supply chain and Inventory management would be considered as added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ Ensure products and raw Products and materials accurate storage including quality, wastage control, supervision, store and deliver all products and materials as per requisition;
∎ Receiving Products and materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition. Effective checking of Products and material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment;
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as hard copy of all the Products and materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement;
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger;
∎ Maintain showroom inventory and prepare inventory report;
∎ Reconciliation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and closing report of products and materials receiving, issuing, transferring and stock;
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Products and materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Products and materials Receiving Report (MRR); Products and materials Issue Slips (MIS); Products and materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Products and materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Products and materials Transfer Requisition Form;
∎ Effective checking of products and material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment;
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues;
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery;
∎ Any other Store inventory related task that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7-8 years of service experiences with proven track record in Store and Inventory
∎ The individual should have experience in the following area (s): Electronics Industry, Group of Companies, Renowned Multinational Company.
∎ Skills Required: MS Office advance level, ERP or Inventory Management Solution software, Leadership and Good Communication Skills
∎ Able to show professionalism in most negative environment and to take the challenges work under pressure
∎ Strong leadership skill and believe in team building concept
∎ A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position and excellent presentation skills
∎ Stress taking ability and bear right mentality to meet the deadline
∎ An excellent communication skill (Written & Oral) in English is a must
∎ Focus on Problem solving and Analytical skill
∎ Strong computer literacy is a must
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
