∎ Sound Knowledge on compliance terms And Conditions of using acid/Chemicals.
∎ Analyze ability to comply with REACH/CPSC standards.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Biological/Biochemical ETP operation and Maintenance.
∎ Sound Knowledge on preparing MSDS,BOM on Value added projects.
∎ Sound Knowledge on compliance terms And Conditions of using acid/Chemicals.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitors and controls all bicycle chemicals, including paints, coatings and adhesives, ensuring safety and quality.
∎ Review and select appropriate chemicals and materials for use in bicycle manufacturing, ensuring compliance with performance, sustainability and regulatory standards.
∎ Ensure that all chemical processes, including waste disposal and emission control, comply with industry regulations and environmental standards.
∎ Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to identify chemicals used in the process, such as paints, solvents and adhesives.
∎ Check the quality of chemicals used, such as coatings and adhesives, to ensure they meet the requirements and ensure the longevity of bikes.
∎ Promote innovation in the bicycle industry, exploring new materials and processes to improve product performance, reduce costs and enhance environmental sustainability.
∎ Leads and coaches the team, providing ongoing training in safety procedures, best practices, and quality standards.
