Akij Bicycle & Engineering Ltd. is looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals for the position of Assistant Sales Manager (ASM). The role will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, supporting distribution expansion, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory
Manage and supervise Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and field sales team
Develop and expand dealer/distributor network
Ensure proper market coverage and visibility of products
Monitor daily sales activities and prepare reports
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Ensure timely collection and maintain credit discipline
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for product availability
Conduct regular market visits and provide team guidance
