Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Bicycle & Engineering Ltd. is looking for smart, detail-oriented, and proactive professionals for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Supply Chain Management (SCM). The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth procurement, inventory control, and coordination across the supply chain functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement process including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order execution
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and spare parts
Coordinate with suppliers, production, and warehouse teams
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management
Follow up on import/export (LC, shipping, documentation) when required
Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Prepare reports on procurement, inventory, and supply chain activities
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency
