Sound Knowledge on compliance terms And Conditions of using acid/Chemicals.
Analyze ability to comply with REACH/CPSC standards.
Sound Knowledge on Biological/Biochemical ETP operation and Maintenance.
Sound Knowledge on preparing MSDS,BOM on Value added projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitors and controls all bicycle chemicals, including paints, coatings and adhesives, ensuring safety and quality.
Review and select appropriate chemicals and materials for use in bicycle manufacturing, ensuring compliance with performance, sustainability and regulatory standards.
Ensure that all chemical processes, including waste disposal and emission control, comply with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to identify chemicals used in the process, such as paints, solvents and adhesives.
Check the quality of chemicals used, such as coatings and adhesives, to ensure they meet the requirements and ensure the longevity of bikes.
Promote innovation in the bicycle industry, exploring new materials and processes to improve product performance, reduce costs and enhance environmental sustainability.
Leads and coaches the team, providing ongoing training in safety procedures, best practices, and quality standards.
