Job Context:
∎ Division/Department: Container Freight Station (CFS)
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day CFS operations for QNS Group. Make operational
∎ decisions for smooth functioning of operations so the customers are happy to work
∎ with us. Ensure operational processes are efficient and customer friendly for both
∎ internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day CFS operations.
∎ Follow the instruction from DAC operation about cargo receiving status from vendors, monitor and supervise cargo when it arrived at CFS.
∎ Close follow up with shipper's custom broker to avoid and minimize the complaint.
∎ Any special loading instruction or SOP, which must monitor with CFS and CFS operation team.
∎ Check the equipment condition, take picture start from empty container to every loading step until end and lock the seal.
∎ Send CFS Cargo receiving status every morning.
∎ Ensure timely analysis of operation data so as to update the team on status, build reports, managing dashboards, and workflows.
∎ Report if any short cargo based on invoice or even access cargo received or any damage cargo arrived at CFS
∎ During the time stuffing must monitor the loading cargo.
∎ For multi shipper or buyer consolidation, pick & pack has to monitor as per SOP and report to DAC office.
∎ Minimize service failure with the proper follow up and engaging key operational team to maintain the desired service level and error free service.
∎ Be the point of contact for CFS operations along with operations head for all internal as well as external parties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of work experience within similar industries
∎ Knowledge of warehouse management and operations.
∎ Data management / Data Analysis
∎ Communication skills.
∎ Multiple Stakeholder Management
∎ Candidate having experience in HSE compliance will add value
