∎ Graduate Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCSA,,CCNA,MTCNA
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service, IT Support Service and Network engineering., IT System Management, Problem solving and analytical skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Networks, IT Infrastructure, IT Services, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Network installation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Retail Store, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic -
∎ Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
∎ Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
∎ Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
∎ IT Operation-
∎ Monitor daily operations, including server, hardware, web service, email system and different key business software and Apps, video conferencing service, IT systems in retail stores and all IT support at Head Office and Factory.
∎ Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
∎ Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems so that they operate effectively.
∎ Ensure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
∎ Monitor organization's IT security status (both network and data security) and take necessary measures (purchasing hardware, security system or develop policies) to ensure complete IT security of the all information of the organization.
∎ Ensure the all renewal of IT services like domain, antivirus, servers are done on time
∎ Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
∎ Respond in a timely manner to IT support service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ Coordinate servicing, repair and replacement of equipment as necessary
∎ Operations Support-
∎ Conduct repair maintenance of all the weighing scales in factory, own retail outlets and head office warehouse
∎ Conduct calibration of all weighing scales annually and collect necessary official endorsement for weighing scales from BSTI
∎ Give regular input to the retail master software on new customer creation, price change, new product inclusion etc.
∎ Give regular input to the Order Management App about new customer creation, new product inclusion
∎ Maintain support for the attendance software at both head office and factory
∎ Coordinate setting up the IT infrastructure at all new company owned retail outlets
∎ Support the commercial team with all IT procurement matters
∎ Assist in business automation project
