Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute long-term brand-building strategies aligned with business goals and evolving market trends.·
∎ Plan and implement integrated ATL campaigns (TV, print, billboards, wall paintings) to enhance brand visibility.·
∎ Monitor, measure, and evaluate ATL campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as reach, impressions, and share of voice.·
∎ Collaborate with agencies to produce high-impact creatives and manage end-to-end campaign execution.·
∎ Conduct market research to refine brand positioning, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer engagement.·
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key influencers such as masons, engineers, and dealers to foster brand advocacy.·
∎ Estimate and manage marketing budgets, track campaign ROI, and prepare cost-benefit analyses.·
∎ Prepare and present regular performance reports (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly) on branding and marketing activities.
∎ Develop and manage SEO, social media, and content marketing campaigns to boost online visibility and engagement.·
∎ Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track digital performance and optimize strategies.·
∎ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication platforms.
∎ Oversee daily maintenance and content updates of the company’s website using CMS platforms.·
∎ Coordinate with IT/web agencies to ensure optimal website performance, UI/UX improvements, and prompt issue resolution.·
∎ Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and traffic.·
∎ Regularly audit site content, structure, and design for quality, relevance, and alignment with branding.
∎ Ensure accurate, engaging, and timely web content updates in line with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.·
∎ Possess working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) for producing engaging promotional content.·
∎ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and other Creative Suite tools for creating visually appealing brand assets.·
∎ Basic understanding of 3D visualization software (e.g., Blender, SketchUp, or 3ds Max) to support product renderings, space simulations, and creative presentations.
