Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, media outreach, and brand-building activities.
∎ Draft press releases, announcements, social media posts, and newsletters.
∎ Support in managing the company’s social media accounts and public image.
∎ Coordinate events, press meetings, public launches, and community activities.
∎ Maintain and grow relationships with media contacts and local influencers.
∎ Handle public and customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
∎ Represent the company at public events, trade fairs, and community interactions.
∎ Gather and manage public feedback to support continuous improvement.
∎ Support onboarding, staff communication, and team-building events.
∎ Help maintain employee records and basic HR documentation.
∎ Plan and assist with internal communication campaigns and employee announcements.
∎ Track and record expenses related to PR events, promotional materials, and internal staff activities.
∎ Work with the accounts department to ensure timely submission of bills and reimbursements.
∎ Maintain expense reports, petty cash logs, and vendor payments related to PR and HR functions.
∎ Assist in preparing official responses during a PR or customer-related crisis.
∎ Coordinate internal communication during emergencies or sensitive situations.
∎ Support management in maintaining calm, clarity, and consistent messaging during disruptions (e.g. customer complaints, event issues, or internal disputes).
∎ Monitor social media and public platforms for potential reputation risks.
∎ Oversee and Manage guest hospitality, ensuring all visitors - especially management level guests receive a professional and welcoming experience , coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth arrangement for meetings and event participations.
∎ Any other Job assigned by the higher authority.
