  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • 5–7 years of experience in Admin & HR, preferably in a garments/accessories manufacturing factory.

  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Hands-on experience in dealing with workers and contractors

  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

  • Sound English and Bengali language writing knowledge will get priority.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Sr. Executive – Admin & HR (Factory) is responsible for ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations within the factory, aligned with company policies and compliance requirements.

  • General Administration:

  • Oversee administrative functions including canteen, security, housekeeping, and transport

  • Maintain vendor contracts and manage service providers

  • Coordinate buyer/guest visits and related hospitality arrangements

  • Promote and ensure safety, hygiene, and EHS compliance across the facility

  • Human Resources:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit formalities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical)

  • Coordinate with corporate HR for implementation of HR initiatives and compliance

  • Support recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar staff, including coordination with manpower contractors

  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and manage joining formalities

  • Support disciplinary actions, warning letters, and termination procedures in coordination with legal counsel

  • Handle grievance redressal for workers and staff

  • Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.)

  • Maintain statutory records and registers as per government guidelines

  • Liaise with external authorities and government departments.

  • Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs for factory staff and organize in-house or external training programs

  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness

  • Other Duties:

  • Provide continuous support and coordination to all departments on HR and admin matters

  • Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by Top Management
