Experience:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
5–7 years of experience in Admin & HR, preferably in a garments/accessories manufacturing factory.
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience in dealing with workers and contractors
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Sound English and Bengali language writing knowledge will get priority.
The Sr. Executive – Admin & HR (Factory) is responsible for ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations within the factory, aligned with company policies and compliance requirements.
General Administration:
Oversee administrative functions including canteen, security, housekeeping, and transport
Maintain vendor contracts and manage service providers
Coordinate buyer/guest visits and related hospitality arrangements
Promote and ensure safety, hygiene, and EHS compliance across the facility
Human Resources:
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit formalities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical)
Coordinate with corporate HR for implementation of HR initiatives and compliance
Support recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar staff, including coordination with manpower contractors
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and manage joining formalities
Support disciplinary actions, warning letters, and termination procedures in coordination with legal counsel
Handle grievance redressal for workers and staff
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.)
Maintain statutory records and registers as per government guidelines
Liaise with external authorities and government departments.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs for factory staff and organize in-house or external training programs
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
Other Duties:
Provide continuous support and coordination to all departments on HR and admin matters
Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by Top Management
