• Delivery & Dispatch Management

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules in line with shipment deadlines.

• Ensure timely dispatch of finished accessories to buyers or garment factories.

• Monitor and verify delivery documentation (challans, packing lists, invoices, etc.).

• Supervise loading and unloading operations to ensure accurate delivery.

• Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments (production, QA, planning, store, etc.) to align delivery schedules.

• Communicate with buyers or merchandisers regarding delivery plans, delays, or urgent shipments.

• Coordinate with transporters or logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.

• Documentation & System Updates

• Maintain accurate delivery records and update ERP/MIS systems accordingly.

• Prepare delivery reports and shipment status updates for management.

• Ensure all documentation complies with buyer requirements and audit standards.

• Inventory & Packing Supervision

• Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and tagging of goods before dispatch.

• Work closely with the store and warehouse team to verify stock availability for dispatch.

• Monitor FIFO/LIFO practices as required by client or product type.

• Quality and Compliance

• Ensure delivered products meet quality standards and client specifications.

• Work with QA/QC to resolve any delivery-related quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with factory rules, safety standards, and buyer audit protocols during delivery processes.

• Problem Solving & Risk Management

• Handle emergency deliveries and troubleshoot delays or transport issues.

• Manage disputes with logistics providers or clients over delivery discrepancies.

• Continuous Improvement

• Suggest process improvements for better efficiency in delivery and logistics operations.

• Support implementation of digital tools or lean methods for faster dispatch cycles.
