- Have clear knowledge on different audits BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SLCP, Higg & buyer audit etc.
Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for an Honest, Dynamic and experienced Executive / Sr. Executive (HR & Payroll) in HR, Admin & Compliance Department at a 100% Export Oriented Garments Manufacturing Factory.
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive (HR & Payroll)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day payroll activities in Garments Manufacturing Factory.
- Prepare daily attendance report, absent report, late & questionable attendance list.
- Daily Data collection from all sections, posting, and updating in Payroll Software / ERP.
- Maintain daily/monthly attendance for all employees.
- Generate all type of salary sheet, pay slip, etc.
- Prepare various types of payment sheets like final settlement, earn leave encashment bill, festival bonus bill, etc.
- Prepare and update yearly increment salary adjustment and individual salary statement.
- Monitor total payroll management and audit requirements.
- Provide support for audits on all pay and benefit issues.
- Data Entry of all new employees to the ERP.
- Problem-solving time to time with the software developer team.
- Any other HR & Payroll tasks provided by the management
- Ensure Maternity benefit / payment as per compliance requirements.
- Prepared tiffin bill & ensure timely.
- Prepared manpower report.
- Ensure recruitment as per company manpower demand / budget.
- Prepared lefty employee list & procedure with settlement.
- Ensure security duty roaster.
- Ensure all employee personal file as per compliance requirements.
- Ensure all employee bonus on time.
- Ensure employee promotion & increment as per company policy.
- Ensure employee ID card & record.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and facilitating open enrollment processes.
- Maintain worker counselling to smooth operation of the company.
- Ensure VAT & Tax related work with head office.
- Buyer face & ensure all of documentation to successful audit.
- Ensure daily floor related activities to ensure compliance.
- Conduct Training as per company demand.
- Ensure monthly HR budget and send to the management.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
