∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement and monitor Sample and CAD design standards & procedures to meet customer needs;
∎ Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer's expectations;
∎ Ensure creating a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes (Extra small to extra-large), using measurement charts, drafting instruments, CAD computers, and grading devices;
∎ Pattern-making manually and electronically (Gerber) Provide guidance and direction to the CAD team to ensure operational & technical excellence;
∎ Communicate and coordinate with technical team, sample making team, cutting, merchandisers) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency and advise the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and achieve maximum fabric use;
∎ Manage all aspects of pattern, marker making, quality controlling and sample sections from compiling garment specifications, development and all kind of samples, documentation and clear communication to the supplier/buying office working to the critical path;
∎ Ensuring that samples meet fit, construction, and quality testing standards by direct discussed with ultimate buyer/Customer at abroad domestic through physical or VC meeting
∎ Working with the design department to select styles, fabrics, and trims by direct discussed with ultimate buyer/Customer at abroad domestic through physical or VC meeting
∎ Monitoring the production report daily/monthly and preparing a report for the relevant department;
∎ All kinds of fitting sample review and monitoring of fit, measurements, and workmanship according to the customer requirements to avoid any missing;
∎ Attend the PP meeting or seminar on time with the buyer and supplier at the factory or an alternate location as per requirement;
∎ Any other task assigns by the management.
