Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Vast Knowledge in Tax & VAT.

  • Sound knowledge in accounting system.

  • Sound knowledge in audit process.

  • Must have practical experience in TALLY ERP & MS Office package.

  • Good communication skill.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare Draft of Financial Statements of all business unites.

  • Ensure Co-operation with the External Auditors for auditing Financial Statements.

  • Ensure Co-operate the supervisors / submit the Annual Tax Return of all companies.

  • Ensure Submission of monthly VAT Return (Online and manually).

  • Prepare and submit of salary return (u/s 108 and 108A of ITO 1984).

  • Prepare and submit of Withholding Tax Return (U/s- 75A).

  • Prepare Tax & VAT challan and deposit the Tax & VAT challan to the Govt. exchequer.

  • Ensure Issuance of withholding VAT Certificate (Mushak-6.6) to various supplier/ vendors/ parties/ employees.

  • Ensure Preparation and issuance of Employee`s Salary Tax Certificate.

  • Ensure Collection and file the Tax & VAT documents properly.

  • Ensure Supporting documents collection for preparing FS.

  • Communicate to factory personnel to confirm the all compliance of TDS & VDS.

  • Prepare various statements and documents as and when required by tax authority.

  • Co-operate accounts department for deduction and record of Tax & VAT in ERP system.

  • Review and follow up updating VAT registers of various SBUs (where applicable).

  • Review and follow up the proper deduction of TDS on Salary of Taxable Employees.

  • Suggest/Guide, follow up and co-operate the employees regarding their personal tax and related benefits for filing of returns.

  • Preserve original copies of all Tax & VAT related information & documents.

  • Draft various letters/ correspondences to Tax & VAT office time to time as per the requirement.

  • Keep close communication with Tax & VAT Officials.
