∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate at technical review meeting in order to confirm the feasibility of the style in terms of Critical operation, SMV, Special machinery requirement, Special skill requirements etc.
∎ Co-ordinate pre-setting to ensure smooth change over within the budgeted time frame, line balancing & availability of required operators that will enable the style achieve the planned efficiency in the 1st 5 days of the style & thereafter.
∎ Check the running styles WIP and next style status (sample stage to PCD) through TNA/ Work progress report.
∎ Responsible to collect production plans at least 20 days before from start production and analyse the efficiency, targets, check the skill, check the machine availability as per plan, check viability of the plan and validate the plan.
∎ Innovative layouts, attachments, Work-aids etc. that will work saving on SMVs, eliminate any bottlenecks in the production process.
∎ Improve and innovate methods/motion studies for new operations.
∎ Improve operation standardization and engineered workplace
