∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Materials planning & alternative sources of materials.
∎ Collect Price quotations (RFQ), prepare comparative statements(CS) and generate purchase or work orders.
∎ Generate and issue Purchase orders (PO) while overseeing the procurement process from order placement to shipment and factory arrival.
∎ Liaise with various departments, including Finance, Production and Warehouse to collect material specifications and keep stakeholders informed on the procurement status.
∎ Familiarity with ERP especially with SAP Business
∎ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Maintaining data logs and updating records.
∎ Ensuring data security and confidentiality.
∎ Any Tasks given by Head of Department.
