• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

• B.Sc in EEE/ME/CSE/BBA with MBA in Marketing.

• Candidates must have Corporate Marketing, Marketing, Sales Experience. Added advantage will be given to who has experience in selling BOQ, Substation, Busbar Trunking System, Transformer, Distribution Board.

• Skill required: BOQ, Electrical (Power), Experience in Substation or power industrial will get preference.

Responsibilities:

• Establish sales goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.

• Develop Sales plans and strategies.

• Motivate and provide leadership to Managers and senior executives.

• Build relationships with external experts and agencies through seminars, conferences, and professional networking.

• Create and report on business plans, monitoring their efficacy and progress.

• Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales.

• Manage key personnel, clients, and service providers.

• Maintain the quality of services, customer support and level of service in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies.

• Should have to visit door to door basis in assigned industrial and commercial Zone and collect new requirements.

• Achieve sales target agreed mutually between sales person and the management.

• Strong Negotiating Skills

• To visit prospective customers regularly and maintain relationship with the existing customers.

• Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
