Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Tejas, Huawei, ZTE) are preferred. 

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining SDH and DWDM systems.
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of SDH and DWDM technologies and protocols.
• Proficiency with network management tools and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of optical fiber technologies and signal transmission.
• Familiarity with MPLS, and IP networking.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in optical networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Design, configure, and implement SDH and DWDM networks.

• Develop detailed engineering plans and network designs to meet business requirements.

• Plan and execute network expansions and upgrades.

• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on SDH and DWDM equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to SDH and DWDM systems.

• Monitor network performance and optimize efficiency and reliability.

• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.

• Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network operations.

• Collaborate with other network engineers, IT staff, and vendors for seamless operations.

• Provide training and technical support to junior engineers and team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of SDH and DWDM systems with other network technologies.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

• Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments.
