∎ M.Com/MBA from any reputed University with very good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize and lead the commercial team and lead them for performing all Export/Import activities in time.
∎ Execution, Coordinate, Monitor and manage LC and PI related works.
∎ Communicating with foreign buyers regarding commercial matters.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ To maintain proper liaison with concerned banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, VAT department.
∎ To follow up for raw and packing materials and ensure proper selection of HS code for easy clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ To check all export documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan /Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, others certificate )
∎ To collect quotation against specific freight forwarder and prepare comparative statement for specific exportable items.
∎ To arrange booking confirmation against export consignments through shipping lines.
∎ To communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC)
∎ Should have good knowledge in Import policy & Export policy.
∎ Master PI and LC follow up after order.
∎ Ensure all logistics activities related to Export & Import.
∎ TNA and Import Chart Update, Back to back local LC follow up
∎ Knowledge on UCP 600 latest version
∎ Inspection and forwarder follow up, Export docs and LDC forms
∎ Good knowledge on online booking, preparation and documents submission.
∎ To check import payment against different L/C's and prepare retirement/FDD issuance letter for payment of that respective L/C's from export proceeds on maturity date.
∎ To negotiate with bank for preferential exchange rate for payment of deferred L/C on maturity date.
∎ Must have good knowledge to speak & writing in English & has to be good practice to speak with overseas customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 7-8 years experience in garments buying house & shipping line as well.
∎ Must have good and clear knowledge and experience in the field of following areas:
∎ Commercial, documentation, Export/import through LC/FOC/SC freight forwarder, logistics, Garments/ Factory.
∎ Candidates must be smart, self-motivated, and dynamic with (buyer/supplier/factory) conveyance capacity, Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are must
∎ Experience on Buying house of minimum 5 years is a must and only males are encouraged to apply.
∎ Please do not apply if you do not have knowledge both on Export and Import.
∎ Good knowledge on MS office packages.
