Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
∎ Running outbound & inbound marketing campaigns to create sales opportunities.
∎ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
∎ Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
∎ Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
∎ Present our company to potential clients.
∎ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
∎ Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
∎ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
∎ Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
∎ Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
∎ Driving the end-to-end sales process.
∎ Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
∎ Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
∎ Delivering excellent sales presentations to potential new clients.
∎ Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
∎ Preparing client-specific proposals
∎ Training team members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
