Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse projects and prepare a project plan.
∎ Prepare various documents like BRD, SRS, Project Charter, Project Schedule, Project Budget, RACI Matrix, Risk & Issue Log and more as required.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems.
∎ Performing requirements analysis and modelling.
∎ Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Actively communicate with stakeholders.
∎ Preparing project proposals – Technical & Commercial.
∎ Prepare presentations and deliver them.
∎ Manage & monitor development projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Methodologies.
∎ Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
∎ Performing risk analysis to minimise project risks.
∎ Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones according to the developed plan.
∎ Conducting scrum meetings, tracking projects, and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
∎ Identifying and resolving project issues.
∎ Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
∎ Coordinating change requests.
∎ Manage and adjust project scope, schedule, and budget changes.
∎ Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
∎ Led team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables.
∎ Conducting post-project evaluation.
∎ Deliver ad hoc deliverables requested by the team lead.
