Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D,AutoCAD,LUMION,skatchup
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on interior and real estate projects.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
Excellent creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and project teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Planning
Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentations for client approval.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Project Management
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Review and approve material selections, finishes, and interior detailing.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
3. Client Coordination
Meet with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget.
Present design proposals and modify plans based on feedback.
Provide expert advice on space utilization, sustainability, and modern design trends.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), working drawings, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations, zoning laws, and company policies.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
