∎ Preferred Professional Certification: cisco
∎ Training/Trade Course: cisco,ITIL Incident
∎ Skills Required: Network Engineering, Network Security
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCIE, CCNP, Cisco Switch and Router, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Storage, Virtualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cellular Phone Operator, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network products like Router, switches, load balancers etc.
∎ Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening
∎ Configuration changes in Network devices as per the requirements
∎ Managing and monitoring of log files of network devices
∎ Setup related documentation
∎ Performance Management & Optimization
∎ Troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
∎ Troubleshooting Frame Relay / ATM, ISDN, Leased Line, MPLS
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong domain expertise and experience in Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
∎ Knowledge and understanding on OVS-Dpdk , SDN controller & SDN NFVi Experience in Cloud Operation based on Open stack and SDN.
∎ Proven expertise in Spine and Leaf architecture. Good Hands-on on ODL (Open Day Light).
∎ Should be involved in the deployment of Virtual Network solutions (Routing and switching)
∎ Work with customers to determine key business problems and use-cases in the NFV (Network Function Virtualization) and Open Stack domain
∎ Understanding of Infrastructure (Server/Storage/Network) sizing, consolidation, virtualization, and thin-provisioning
∎ Should have worked on high end devices like 6500 series switches and 7200, 7600 and 5k ,7k ,9K Router ASR 9K.
∎ Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack routing /switching and submitting
∎ Excellent hands-on /troubleshooting of WLC's
∎ Excellent hands-on on troubleshooting Wi-Fi /Load balancer devices
∎ Extensive operational experience with network security (ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, IPSEC and GRE)
∎ Implementation knowledge of syslog servers and forwarding critical devices logs to Syslog server
∎ Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents
∎ Manage and implement network security policies and procedures
∎ Knowledge and ability to identify the risk on the customer Network architecture & suggest solution to mitigate.
∎ CCNP/CCIE - Preferred.
