∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Center, VDI, VMware
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Cellular Phone Operator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, test and maintain a wide range of IT communication infrastructure and cabling within Data Centers.
∎ Laying and testing of fiber optic cabling
∎ Laying, terminating and testing of copper Cat6 data cabling.
∎ Develop project documentation and provide advice as a Technical Authority Lead data center engineering projects
∎ Supervise staff on site to ensure projects tasks are fully delivered to the right standard
∎ Support the Data Center Team to maintain all datacenter standards, procedures, health and safety, and day to day infrastructure performance issues
∎ Provide technical advice on managing problems within the M&E infrastructure of data center.
∎ Create job tickets and agree the implementation stage with the Planning and Logistic specialist
∎ Ensure that the data center is maintained and operational 24/7 by providing daily audits and reporting about the performance level of services
∎ Provide data center remote hand support services when required
∎ Provide data center engineering support for all remote sites (travel if require to remote sites national)
∎ Mentor, coach, train and guide other colleagues to deliver quality data center service
