∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: ITIL Incident MgmtL3,Cisco Routing and SwitchingL3
∎ Skills Required: Cyber Security, Network Engineering, Network Security
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cyber Security, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Network Security
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Cellular Phone Operator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administration of Next generation Firewall preferably in Checkpoint, Fortinet & Cisco Firepower
∎ Incident & Threat Management
∎ Incident Response
∎ Knowledge on tools - SIEM (Splunk), IPS, Firewall, HIPS, WAF etc.
∎ Cyber Kill chaining process
∎ Mitre ATT&CK Framework
Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience in IPS, SSL interception, DOS, DDOS, Web & DNS filtering, application control
∎ Operational experience in administration of Web application firewall (WAF)
∎ Work experience in RSA authentication manager, Cisco ACS
∎ Understanding and experience in Load balancing preferably in F5, Radware etc.
∎ Routing: BGP, OSPF, RIP etc. & Switching: VPC, STP etc.
∎ Able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
∎ Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required.
∎ Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
∎ Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.
∎ Perform RCA for Major Incident's related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
∎ Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports.
∎ Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis.
∎ Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
∎ Work on the service improvement programs.
∎ Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects.
∎ Training of new team members.
∎ Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents
