Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused SQL Support & Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves working directly with databases, developing high-performance queries for reporting, assisting clients with API integrations, creating web-based templates, and communicating effectively—especially with American clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities in American English.

Key Responsibilities

SQL Development & Optimization

• Design, write, and optimize high-performance MySQL queries to generate complex business reports.

• Ensure queries are optimized for speed, scalability, and minimal resource consumption.

• Maintain and troubleshoot stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

API Integration Support

• Work with REST and/or SOAP APIs for data integration between systems.

• Provide clear documentation and explain integration processes to clients.

• Collaborate with internal and external developers to ensure smooth API implementation.

Template Creation & Web Content Formatting

• Create and edit templates using editors like TinyMCE or similar tools.

• Apply basic HTML and CSS for formatting and styling templates.

• Ensure templates are compatible across browsers and responsive.

Client Communication & Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for American clients regarding SQL reports, API integrations, and template formatting.

• Communicate complex technical solutions in clear and simple American English.

• Gather requirements, clarify doubts, and provide status updates to clients.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with Development, QA, and Support Teams.

• Document database queries, integration steps, and templates for future reference.
