Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs, project deadlines, and business requirements.
Responsibilities & Context:
Configure web-based software according to client requirements (training provided).
Accurately enter client-provided data into the web-based software.
Communicate with clients to resolve missing, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted data.
Provide ongoing support to existing clients in the role of a Data Processing Services (DPS) Agent.
