• Prior teaching experience preferred

• Strong command of Bangla grammar and writing

• Friendly, patient, and motivating teaching style

• Ability to make lessons engaging and easy to understand

• Capability to adjust class timings based on student needs

• Basic knowledge of platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams

• Screen sharing, using chat, and managing participants

• Handling different student behaviors online

• Using slides, visuals, and interactive content

• Making lessons interesting and easy to understand

• Strong understanding of the topic being taught

• Ability to explain concepts in different ways

• Supporting slow learners and encouraging confidence

• Creating worksheets, slides, or recorded lessons

• Using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides

• Maintain flexible availability to conduct online classes based on schedule requirements.

• Be prepared to teach at various time slots, including early morning, daytime, and evening/night classes.

• Adapt teaching methods according to students individual learning needs.

• Effectively handle and engage with foreign/international students with clear communication.

• Manage and follow assigned class schedules, ensuring punctuality and consistency.

• Be open to conducting classes at any required time, depending on student availability and demand.

• Ensure a supportive and interactive online learning environment for all students.

• Maintain a friendly and interactive learning environment

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials

• Prepare and guide through assignments and exams

• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
