Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in CSE/ IT/ MIS/ Software Engineering/ ECE/ EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and maintain test case repository.
∎ Design, develop, execute both manual and automation scripts.
∎ Track all discovered issues and defects and validate fixes provided by developers.
∎ Measure application performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Design and Develop SQL Scrips to extract data from database and match data with application.
∎ Ensure that testing activities will guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎ Work with internal teams to identify system requirements.
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/ The office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
∎ Sound knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
∎ Must have experience in mobile, web and desktop apps testing.
∎ Sound knowledge About SDLC and STLC.
∎ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools i.e. Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, Appium etc.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of SQL.
∎ Must be familiar with any relational database like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
∎ Must be familiar with any IDE like Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse, Netbeans, etc.
∎ Must be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON etc.
∎ Sound knowledge about functional and non-functional requirements.
∎ Should be an intelligent, mature and level-headed individual seeking long-term future with the organization.
∎ Must be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Working experience in Microfinance/Bank/NBFI domain will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Must have very strong analysis and synthesis skills.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Ready to work under different work schedules/ rosters.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
∎ For highly qualified & experienced candidates, initial salary may be negotiable.
Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy), Welfare Fund and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
